A promising launch of i-Rose on foreign markets

The brewing industry and new technologies fair “Brau Beviale” in Nuremberg was attended by a record number of visitors this year. Our company presented itself for the first time at the fair and in three days it presented a modern software solution, i-Service, to more than 80 companies.

The mentioned software is intended for the optimization of business processes in the field of service activity and maintenance or asset management. In addition to the basic components, which include service planning, central order acceptance, work order distribution, customer data management (CRM), it offers the ability to monitor service and maintenance costs, and it also offers a number of analytical tools.

i-Service can be implemented in an existing enterprise system (ERP), but it can also operate completely independently. The integration of the internet and mobile telephony, which is one of the biggest advantages of i-Service, enables immediate transmission of information from the system to the mobile device, quick response and easy use.

The successful performance and the great interest of the visitors encouraged us to visit the fair next year with new and improved solutions.
