The company Extra Delikates deals with sales on the field. They were looking for a solution to digitize their field sales business processes(pre-order sales and outpatient sales).
They wanted the solution to connect to their ERP system (Datalab Pantheon) and opted for MSP (Mobile Service Platform), i-Rose d. o. o.

Field users can access all the data necessary for successful business: customer data, items, order history… Field data is transferred directly to the Pantheon, and invoices are issued on the spot. Because MSP also operates offline, the solution has become a key tool in the sales field due to its reliability. Due to the integration between MSP and Pantheon, the field user can access vehicle stock data, open tasks and issue invoices in the Pantheon at any time.
